1 (15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed)
1 egg
1/2 cup diced green or red peppers, or green chilies, or sundried tomatoes
1 small clove garlic or some garlic paste
3 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. mustard (dijon preferred)
3/4 cup rolled oats (could use breadcrumbs or other grains)
1 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsps. olive oil
2 tsps. cumin
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sage
Salt and Pepper as desired
